He provided sage advice regarding the multiple (and overwhelming) decisions and considerations when purchasing a boat. Jason took time to educate us on the idiosyncrasies and features of the boat we bought, several times, while on the water. He also answered our battle cries post-sale when we were unsure how to use something. The Faction is the place to go. They all actively participate in watersports making them extremely knowledgeable. That in itself is very valuable to me as a consumer. But what is even more impressive is their customer server. I have purchased numerous items from them and have never been disappointed. More recently, I brought my V-Drive to them for detailing and winter storage. The boat has looked the best since I have owned it (I purchased it used.) In addition, they noticed some issues with my boat that if left unattended could have been extremely expensive to repair.

Incredible experience! Flew in to learn how to wake surf, Jason met and exceeded my expectations in terms of what you can learn in 2 hours. 5 minutes into it and I was surfing without the rope. He even had me trying 360's on my first lesson! Excellent boat, equipment, and 5 star lesson experience!
